1101 Connecticut Street
In 2008, BRIDGE Housing was selected to lead the redevelopment effort of Potrero Terrace and Annex public housing as part of the City of San Francisco’s HOPE SF Initiative. 1101 Connecticut features studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Fifty-three of the homes are reserved for existing Potrero public housing residents, 18 apartments serve low-income households not currently residing at Potrero Annex/Terrace and one unit is reserved for the on-site manager. The development received LEED Platinum certification.
